Substitua a \u00e1gua duas ou tr\u00eas vezes at\u00e9 a \u00e1gua ficar relativamente transl\u00facida.<br \/>\nTransfira o arroz para a panela e acrescente \u00e1gua em 1,2 vezes o volume do arroz e deixe descansar de 30 minutos a uma hora, at\u00e9 o arroz inchar e ficar branco.<\/p>\n<p>* O arroz absorve diferentes odores. Ao ouvir o som da \u00e1gua fervendo, abaixe o fogo (nesse momento voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 abrir a tampa e mexer rapidamente o conte\u00fado para evitar que o arroz do fundo queime). 6 ou 7 minutos depois, quando a \u00e1gua tiver evaporado, coloque em fogo alto, e quando come\u00e7ar a ouvir estalidos secos, mantenha o fogo forte por mais 10 segundos para aumentar a temperatura da panela, e apague o fogo. Sem destampar, deixe 10 minutos cozinhando no pr\u00f3prio vapor. A seguir, revolva o arroz para que a umidade fique uniforme e sirva no recipiente.<\/p>\n<p>* Enquanto n\u00e3o tiver pr\u00e1tica, de vez em quando, voc\u00ea poder\u00e1 abrir a tampa para ver o cozimento enquanto a panela estiver no fogo.<br \/>\n* O tempo pode variar conforme o volume de arroz, a panela e o fogo. Adapte conforme a necessidade.<br \/>\n* Se o arroz ficar um pouco crocante no fundo da panela, voc\u00ea tamb\u00e9m poder\u00e1 apreciar o seu aroma levemente tostado.<br \/>\n* Se n\u00e3o for comer o arroz imediatamente, cubra-o com um pano \u00famido para absorver o excesso de umidade.<br \/>\n* Se sobrar, guarde em filme pl\u00e1stico ou embalagem compat\u00edveis com micro-ondas, em por\u00e7\u00f5es individuais, e congele.
