Assim, o dia anterior ao come\u00e7o de cada esta\u00e7\u00e3o era chamado de \u201csetsubun\u201d. Atualmente, a palavra<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">se refere somente ao dia anterior ao primeiro dia da primavera no hemisf\u00e9rio norte, o que acontece por volta do dia 3 de fevereiro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No dia do <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">setsubun<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, existe o costume de jogar gr\u00e3os de soja em casa ou nos santu\u00e1rios xinto\u00edstas. Enquanto jogam os gr\u00e3os, as pessoas falam com entusiasmo: \u201cDem\u00f4nios para fora, felicidade para dentro\u201d(<\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oni wa soto, fuku wa uchi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">). Esse ritual representa a expuls\u00e3o dos dem\u00f4nios, chamados de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">oni<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e que representam as coisas ruins, como o frio do inverno e as doen\u00e7as, enquanto recepcionamos a felicidade em nossas vidas. Os gr\u00e3os utilizados no ritual s\u00e3o chamados de <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">fukumame<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> e acredita-se que s\u00e3o auspiciosos. Por isso, existe o costume de comer a quantidade de gr\u00e3os equivalente \u00e0 sua idade (ou um gr\u00e3o a mais) para trazer sa\u00fade.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>O que \u00e9 <i>eh<\/i><i>\u014d<\/i><i>maki<\/i>?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Um <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">makizushi<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> especial consumido no <\/span><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">setsubun<\/span><\/i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u203b<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">1).
